Talmadge C. Jenkins

Talmadge C. Jenkins, Seaman –first class, U.S. Navy was lost when the destroyer, Warrenton, went down in the recent hurricane which swept the Atlantic Coast. He was the son of Mr. Oscar W. Jenkins of Monroe, He attended the Benton Heights schools and was a member of the First Baptist Church, Monroe.
