Description

This stone house was constructed between 1926 and 1935 by J. P. King; the first house built within this 'collection' was at 1402 Concord Ave. The 1400 address was built for Mr. King along with the commercial building next door. Local stones were used for the construction.
The stone work was done by the Kiker Brothers, stonemasons.
