Description  Mrs. Aileen Baldwin, Camp Sutton service club director, is being given her [Civilian] service emblem by the camp's commanding officer, Col. Louis J. Rumaggi.  Waiting to her right are:  Miss Suzanne McLaurin, librarian, of Bennettsville, S.C. and Miss Ruby Morgan, cafeteria hostess, of Shelby.

Notes  Similar photo by the Signal Corps. ran in The Charlotte Observer, Dec. 10, 1943.  It is noted with the caption of the newspaper photo that in the background are chiefs of camp divisions. Per The Monroe Enquirer, 12/2/1943 (p.1), 453 civilian employees at Camp Sutton were to be presented with Army Service Forces emblems on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 1943.
