Names were written on the back of another copy of this photo shared by researcher Jack Clay from the files of Helen Martin (who worked in the Signal Corps office at the camp).  The first row is:

Sgt. Robert M. Stombaugh, Lt. Leonidas Owens, Maj. Plato S. Rhyne, Lt. Cummings, Sgt. Williams.

Continuing with the other names on the back of the photo it is apparent that one name was left off.  These were the rest:  Gil Hershman, Francis Viola, Sgt. Sireco, Sgt. Jesse, Sgt. Talbert, William Schwab.
