Notes

Mary Ann Lee's "An Inventory of Historic Architecture" (p.41, 1978) identifies the house that is 2nd from the right in the photo as the "Hudson-Brunson" house at 317 E. Houston Street and describes it:  "One-story late Victorian frame house typical of many in the neighborhood." and "The Will Hudson family and the Brunson family were early owners."  She does not date it.
